Well, that might be a little exagerating :) But right now it's "gekkenhuis" (madhouse) at our place. We're cleaning up, packing, sorting stuff out, buying things we need and in about 2 days our house should be empty which would seem quite unbelievable if you could see that everything's still standing and being used! But we're thankful for the friends, who'll be helping us out the coming days. On Monday we'll hand in the key, buy the last things and head to the train station, which will take us to Dusseldorf Airport in Germany. So, you'll probably hear from us after that... thank you for all the notes. It's fun to read and nice that people want to keep up!

just wait till 25 years and see how much 'stuff' accumulates - well you've seen it - so just keep moving while you can...
I have not been to a place with so little of everything to go round as Kenya, and that would be very hard to deal with. And good luck against all the nameless [and named] nasties that abound, probably more there than anywhere, as we have been there for them to take exception to longer than anywhere else. I do hope though that you find this to be a true garden of eden...that you find all you hope to there, and are returned to us safely.
If there is anything you think we could send you while there, please ask. Those little comforts from home when away at school made life more bearable - and I know you won't be shy!
